These roles offer the opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils who may require additional support to access learning, manage their behaviour and develop their confidence and independence.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you could be providing 1:1 and small-group support, assisting with classroom activities and adapting learning to suit individual needs.
