      <description>Location: Swindon | Salary: &amp;pound;105 - &amp;pound;110/day | Type: Temporary | Prospero Teaching are looking for a  dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant  to join a supportive school in Swindon. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting children and young people with  SEN, behavioural or additional needs , or for someone with a background in care, support work or youth work looking to develop their career in education.  The successful candidate will provide  one-to-one and small-group support , helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and develop their confidence, independence and social skills. You may support pupils with needs including  Autism, ADHD, SEMH, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour , so patience, resilience and the ability to build strong relationships are essential.
