As a successful candidate, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and socially, working alongside a committed team to deliver a nurturing, pupil-centred learning experience.While prior experience in a school or SEN setting is advantageous, it is not essential the school offers ongoing training and professional development for the right candidate with the right attitude.
