You will work closely with teachers and support staff to deliver tailored support to students both in and out of the classroom. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN Assist in the delivery of personalised learning plans Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation, and social development Promote a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and wider staff teams Monitor and record pupil progress and behaviourWe are looking for individuals who are: Passionate about supporting children with special educational needs Patient, empathetic, and resilient Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff Flexible and proactive in responding to individual pupil needsDesirable (but not essential): Previous experience working within an SEN setting Experience supporting needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or complex needs Relevant ..... full job details .....
