The school is committed to helping every young person develop confidence, resilience, and the skills needed to succeed both in education and beyond.As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff to support pupils academically, socially, and emotionally.Role:Location: Romsey, HampshirePosition: SEN Teaching AssistantStart Date: September 2026Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent opportunitiesHours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week)Pay Rate: From 105.00 per dayKey Responsibilities:Support pupils with SEMH needs in lessons and around the school.Deliver one-to-one and small group support.Help remove barriers to learning and encourage engagement.Promote positive behaviour, resilience, and independence.Support pupils'' emotional, social, and academic development.Maintain a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.Work collaboratively with teaching and pastoral teams.Candidate Requirements:Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs, including SEMH, is desirable.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Calm, patient, and empathetic approach.Good English, Maths, and ..... full job details .....
