Key Responsibilities:Provide tailored support to students with SEN in a secondary school setting.Assist with the implementation of Education and Health Care Plans (EHCPs)Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating fully in school life.Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive learning environment.Monitor and record students progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote students social and emotional development.Requirements:Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.Relevant qualifications or training in special educational ..... full job details .....
