The provision offers a mix of on-site education and off-site pathways, helping students prepare for life beyond school and build independence as they move into adulthood.You''ll be supporting young people aged 11-19 with a broad range of additional needs, including autism, learning disabilities, physical impairments, and medical conditions, within a progressive and supportive environment.Secondary and Post-16 Teaching Assistant Role and Responsibilities:Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across secondary and post-16 classes.Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning programmes and ensuring pupils can access the curriculum effectively.Support the development of independence, life skills, and social engagement.Help implement individual education plans (IEPs) and EHCP targets.Work closely with the school team, families, and external agencies to ensure a nurturing and inclusive environment.
