Supply Desk is working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Uckfield and nearby areas, and weandrsquo;re looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants (SENTAs) to join our team. Whether youandrsquo;re experienced or just starting out, if youandrsquo;re ready to make a difference andndash; weandrsquo;d love to hear from you.
Your Role Will Include:
andbull; Supporting pupils with a range of SEN needs, often on a one-to-one or small group basis
andbull; Building positive relationships to help children feel safe, supported and included
andbull; Assisting teachers and SENCOs in delivering tailored learning plans
andbull; Creating a nurturing and structured classroom environment
andbull; Encouraging independence, confidence and social development
andbull; Helping to reduce barriers to learning and promote full classroom participation
What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
andbull; A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
andbull; Calm, patient and professional approach
andbull; Previous experience in SEN or similar support roles is highly desirable
andbull; Strong communication and interpersonal skills
andbull; A collaborative team player whoandrsquo;s flexible and reliable
