This rewarding role involves working closely with children who have a range of additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, and moderate to severe learning difficulties. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:  Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Support children with Autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties both academically and socially. Implement strategies and interventions to support individual learning plans. Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals. Encourage positive behaviour and emotional regulation.
