SEN Teaching Assistant (Primary)

Our client, a respected primary school in Barkingside, Greater London, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Part-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team. This rewarding role offers a competitive salary range of £90 - £105 per day, depending on experience and qualifications. As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with students who require additional support, fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the classroom teacher to develop and implement individualised learning plans tailored to each student''s specific needs, ensuring they receive the guidance and support necessary to thrive academically and socially. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for working with children, coupled with a strong understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs. You should have prior experience working in an educational setting, preferably with SEN students, and be well-versed in differentiated teaching strategies and adaptive learning techniques.
