The school is seeking a confident, resilient, and patient individual who can build strong relationships, provide consistent support, and become a positive role model both inside and outside of the classroom.This SEN Teaching Assistant role is ideal for candidates with experience supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, or behavioural needs who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential.The RoleAs a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work on a 1:1 basis, supporting a pupil throughout the school day.
