A vacancy has become available for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a well-resourced additionally resourced provision within a secondary school in Barnet.The RoleIn this role you will be working with a small class of pupils all of whom have autism and are working at a similar level. You will be working with various pupils on a 1 to 1 basis and providing all round care and learning support for the class. The school are ideally looking for SEND Teaching Assistants who has previous experience of working with children with Autism from previous roles and has a true passion for supporting students with SEND. You will be directed by the class teacher who is highly-experienced and you will be involved in supporting some children whilst they join in activities within the mainstream school and out of school activities and therapy sessions.
