Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will help deliver personalised strategies to support children with SEND. Your work will empower pupils to access learning, build confidence, and form positive relationships within the classroom.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs.Assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions aligned with EHCP targets.Encourage pupil independence and nurture emotional wellbeing throughout the school day.Work collaboratively with teaching staff, the SENCO, and external specialists to ensure consistent support.Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular SEN reviews and meetings.Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging ..... full job details .....
