Requirements NVQ/VRQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or equivalent. Maths and English GCSE grade A - C / 9-4 or Numeracy and Literacy Level 2 on the NQF or equivalent. Passion and commitment for supporting learners with specific needs. An empathetic, patient and tolerant demeanour. Key organisation and communication skills.
