• Supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom
• Working on a 1:1 and small group basis
• Supporting engagement, behaviour, and emotional development
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom routines

• Experience working with SEN or additional needs
• Background as a:
  • Teaching Assistant
  • Support Worker
  • Care Worker
• A calm, patient and consistent approach
• Strong relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young people

• -92.56 - -105 per day (PAYE) - no umbrella deductions
