      <description>Location: Nottinghamshire | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Temporary | NG Teach are working with a number of schools across Nottingham who are looking to appoint SEN teaching assistants. These contracts vary in length, some being part time and some being full time.Ideal candidates must have:Experience working 1:1 or in a classroom with SEN pupilsA strong understanding of Autism and the complex needs of students with AutismThe desire to inspire and motivate pupils of the schoolAdaptability and be willing to undertake a range of tasksSuccessful candidates will be able to work as part of a team and also lead 1:1 sessions with challenging pupils. They must show strong will and determinism to make a difference to the lives and education of these pupils.Safeguarding and other SEN qualification or certificates are desirable but not essential.
