As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with a range of needs, which may include ASD, ADHD, SEMH needs, learning difficulties, communication needs, and complex needs. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with experienced Teachers, Teaching Assistants, and other support staff to create a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
