The pupils may have:    Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)  Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)  Autism / ASD  Speech, Language and Communication Needs (SLCN)  Specific Learning Difficulties  ADHD  SEMH  Behavioural needs  EHCPs and individual learning plans   You could be supporting pupils with both their  academic and personal development , helping them access lessons, develop independence and prepare for life beyond school.
