Long Term Futures are recruiting for a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Lichfield. This role will involve providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils alongside delivering targeted small group interventions within a Key Stage 1 setting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum by breaking down learning into manageable steps, adapting resources and using tailored strategies to meet individual needs. The pupils you support may present with a range of additional needs, including Autism, Speech, Language and Communication Needs, and Social, Emotional and Mental Health. This position is a long-term role and for the right candidate there is an opportunity to be made permanent.
