      <description>Location: Birmingham | Salary: &amp;pound;108 - &amp;pound;120/day | Type: Contract | KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant     Location:  Birmingham, B29   Weekly Pay:  -500525   Hours:  Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm   Start Date:  ASAP   Contract:  Long-Term, Temp-to-Perm   Long Term Futures are seeking an experienced and compassionate KS1 SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in the B29 area of Birmingham.  This is a full-time role supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 with Autism (ASD), ADHD and complex additional needs. You will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop independence and manage their emotional and behavioural needs.  The successful candidate will have strong SEN experience and be confident adapting their approach to meet the individual needs of pupils within a busy primary classroom.
