      <description>Location: Bexley | Salary: &amp;pound;105 - &amp;pound;106/day | Type: Contract | SEN Teaching Assistant  Bexley, DA5  -105 - -115 per day  Start Date:  ASAP   Contract:  Full time, long-term temporary    Long Term Futures are seeking a resilient and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a full time long term temporary basis. The role itself is based in Bexley and would be helping students within the classroom and interventions focus. The interventions focus can involve 1:1 support and work in small groups providing SEMH support.       About the Role:   Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and SLT your duties will include:  * Helping support KS2 students prepare for SATS with support from the class teacher  * Providing targeted interventions to students with ASD and other related SEN needs  * Supporting students from Year 3-6 in their curriculum  * 1:1 support and small group based work  * Ensuring the pupils are safe and secure at all times     Ideal Candidate Profile   * Teaching Assistant qualification would be advantageous  * A creative approach to learning and the flexibility to adapt activities and strategies to meet the diverse needs of children  * Strong behaviour management and the ability to build rapport with students across all year g...</description>
