Long Term Futures are recruiting for a resilient and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and nurturing school in Rugby, Coventry. This role will involve providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils across Key Stage 2 with complex Autism (ASD) and SEMH needs. This position will involve working mostly outside of the classroom, supporting pupils who require a more personalised and structured approach to learning and emotional regulation.
