Long Term Futures are recruiting for a resilient and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Northfield, Birmingham. This role will be based in a Year 4 class, supporting a challenging classroom, including support 3 pupils with Autism. The role involves a mixture of small group interventions and whole-class support, working closely with the class teacher to provide structure, consistency and targeted support for pupils with additional needs. This position is a long-term role and for the right candidate there is an opportunity to be made permanent.
