Long Term Futures are recruiting for a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Rowley Regis, Birmingham. This role will involve providing consistent in-class support for two pupils with additional needs, including Autism and ADHD, helping them to access learning in a mainstream classroom setting. The perfect candidate will play a key role in supporting both pupils academically and emotionally, using strategies to manage behaviour, improve focus and encourage positive learning engagement. This position is a long-term role and for the right candidate there is an opportunity to be made permanent. The school is looking for an experienced and positive individual who can become a key part of their SEN team.
