SEN Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs - Westminster Full Time Term Time Only September 2026 Start Up to 120 per day Long Term Role (Temp to Perm) Long Term Futures are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Westminster, supporting pupils with complex needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous SEN, complex needs, care or specialist school experience who is looking for a stable, long-term position. You''ll work closely with teachers, therapists and other SEN professionals to provide highly individualised support throughout the school day. The position is available on a long-term, temp-to-perm basis, giving the successful SEN Teaching Assistant the opportunity to become a permanent member of the school team. Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with complex SEN needsSupport pupils with needs including ASD, learning difficulties, communication needs and physical disabilitiesAssist pupils in accessing learning and participating fully in school lifeSupport communication, emotional regulation and independenceFollow individual strategies, EHCPs and support plansWork alongside teachers, therapists and other specialist professionalsProvide mobility and personal care support where requiredIdeal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN or complex needsExperience within an SEN school, specialist provision, care or support ..... full job details .....
