This role will be working between 1:1 and group support with SEN pupils with ASD and ADHD, needing extra support. The school is seeking a calm and consistent individual who can build a strong, trusting relationship assisting the pupils to feel supported and comfortable throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities Providing 1:1 and group support for Year 2 pupilsSupporting students in learning and developmentPromote engagement, confidence and positive learning behavioursBuilding a trusting and safe relationship with pupilsEncouraging the pupil to build confidence in a comfortable and reassuring environment.
