SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Nuneaton, CV11Weekly Rate: 500 - 525Start Date: September 2026Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only)Contract: Long Term to PermanentLong Term Futures are seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner primary schools in Nuneaton.This rewarding role involves supporting pupils across Years 3 to 6, providing a mixture of 1:1 and small group intervention support for children with a range of additional needs including SEMH, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD and behavioural needs. You will work closely with the class teachers, SENCO and wider inclusion team to help pupils access learning, develop confidence and achieve positive outcomes throughout the school day.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience supporting children with SEND who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to become permanent.Key Responsibilities:Providing 1:1 support for pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD and additional learning needsDelivering targeted small group interventions across Years 3 to 6Supporting pupils both in and out of the classroom to maximise engagement in learningPromoting positive behaviour using consistent, nurturing strategiesSupporting emotional regulation, social development and independenceImplementing strategies outlined within EHCPs and individual support plansAdapting learning activities to meet pupils'' individual needsWorking closely with teachers, the SENCO and ..... full job details .....
