This role will involve supporting multiple pupils with Autism and additional needs within grounds of the school This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a supportive SEN environment and can provide structure, consistency, and encouragement to pupils who require additional support throughout the school day. About the Role: Working closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and wider SEN team, your duties will include: * Supporting pupils with Autism and additional needs within SEN hubs * Providing both small group and individual support throughout the day * Supporting learning, engagement, and emotional regulation * Using clear routines and consistent approaches to help pupils feel settled * Assisting pupils during lessons and structured activities * Supporting communication, social interaction, and independence * Working collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals...
