This role will involve providing 1:1 support for a Year 5 pupil with Autism and ADHD, helping them to engage positively with learning, build confidence and manage emotional regulation throughout the school day.The RoleDelivering dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school daySupporting emotional regulation, focus and classroom engagementImplementing behaviour strategies and structured routinesAdapting learning tasks to meet individual needs and EHCP targetsEncouraging positive social interaction and independenceSupporting transitions and unstructured parts of the school dayMonitoring progress and providing feedback to teaching staff and SENCOThe Ideal CandidateA Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)Previous experience supporting children with ASD, ADHD or behavioural needsStrong behaviour management and de-escalation skillsExperience working with EHCP targets and SEN intervention strategiesA calm, nurturing and resilient approachThe ability to build strong relationships with ..... full job details .....
