This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping them to access education, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals.Working as part of a dedicated and experienced team, you will provide tailored support to pupils with a variety of Special Educational Needs, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.About the RoleWorking closely with teachers, therapists, and the wider SEN support team, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech and Language Needs, SEMH, and Complex Learning NeedsSupporting pupils to access learning through personalised interventions and differentiated activitiesAssisting with the implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)Encouraging independence, communication, and social interaction throughout the school daySupporting pupils with emotional regulation using positive behaviour management strategiesBuilding strong, trusting relationships with pupils to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environmentWorking ..... full job details .....
