This role will involve providing dedicated 1:1 support for pupils alongside delivering targeted small group interventions within a Key Stage 1 setting.The ideal candidate will play a key role in helping pupils access the curriculum by breaking down learning into manageable steps, adapting resources and using tailored strategies to meet individual needs.
