The successful candidate will play a key role in helping children access learning, develop confidence, and achieve their individual goals in a nurturing and supportive environment.The RoleSupporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive learning activities.Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.Providing tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs.Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and social development.Assisting with the preparation of learning resources and classroom activities.Helping to create a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment.The Ideal CandidateHolds a Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).Has experience supporting children with SEN in a school, nursery, or similar setting.Is patient, caring, and adaptable in their approach.Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.Is committed to supporting the educational and personal ..... full job details .....
