Key Requirements Essential UK Experience:Verifiable experience within a UK primary school or specialist setting working alongside children with SEND (e.g., ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or Speech and Language needs). EHCP Implementation: Experience following Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and adapting learning tasks to individual abilities. Safeguarding and Compliance:Valid Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willing to complete a new check).
