Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating closely with teachers to cater to individual student requirements.Assisting students during classroom activities, ensuring their engagement and understanding.Providing one-on-one support to students with personal care and Social Emotional needsImplementing behavior management strategies and maintaining a positive learning environment.About School: Catering for children and young people aged 5 yrs to 19 yrs who have a range of complex and significant learning needs, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Complex Needs.Qualifications and Experience: To excel in this role, you should have:A genuine passion for working with students with special educational needs.Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to varying student needs.Minimum 1 yr of experience working in a school or care setting in the UK (Mandatory)Proficieny in English Language (Mandatory)Right to Work in the UK (NO Sponsorship Provided.
