Job Details Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Leatherhead, Surrey Contract Type: Term Time Only Short-Term, Long-Term and Ad-Hoc Opportunities Available Pay: £85.00 £95.00 per day (PAYE) The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you''ll support pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and reach their full potential. Opportunities are available within mainstream and specialist settings, supporting children with SEND, including autism, speech and language needs, SEMH and complex learning needs. Your responsibilities may include: Providing one-to-one and small group support. Assisting pupils with their learning, communication and social development. Supporting teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery. Promoting positive behaviour and encouraging independence. Helping to implement individual learning and behaviour support plans.
