      <description>Location: North Shields | Salary: 14.24-14.24 Hourly | Type: Contract | We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a welcoming and inclusive school in North Shields. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN professional who is passionate about helping children reach their full potential within a supportive UK classroom environment. The Role  Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with ASD. Assist in implementing individual learning and behaviour support plans. Support pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development. Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff. Help create a positive, structured, and inclusive learning environment. Encourage independence, confidence, and engagement in learning.
