      <description>Location: Plymouth | Salary: 95.00-95.00 Daily | Type: Permanent | Plymouth £95-£100 per day Full-Time REED Education are working with a specialist educational setting in Plymouth that is looking to appoint a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional needs. This role is about far more than supporting learning. It''s about helping children build confidence, develop independence, and achieve milestones that can have a lasting impact on their future. You''ll become a trusted and consistent presence in a pupil''s school day, providing support, encouragement, and reassurance whenever it''s needed. Key Responsibilities:  Delivering 1:1 and small-group support. Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs. Working alongside teachers to adapt learning activities. Encouraging positive behaviours and emotional wellbeing. Helping students develop confidence, independence, and resilience.  What We''re Looking For:  Experience working with children or vulnerable adults. A caring, patient, and proactive attitude. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A genuine desire to make a positive difference.  This role cannot support overseas sponsorship.</description>
