SEN Teaching Assistant

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support a group of children in Year 3 with a range of additional learning needs, including Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism. This is an excellent opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about making a positive difference and helping children overcome barriers to learning. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO, you will provide targeted support to help pupils access the curriculum, build confidence and achieve their individual learning goals. The Role Supporting a small group of Year 3 pupils with additional learning needs. Delivering tailored support to children with Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism. Assisting pupils with classwork and adapting activities to meet individual needs. Encouraging positive behaviour, social interaction and independence. Supporting children''s academic, emotional and social development. Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement support strategies.
