      <description>Location: Salford | Salary: &amp;pound;95 - &amp;pound;105/day dependent upon experience | Type: Temporary | Hays Education are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school in  Salford  for a dedicated  SEN Teaching Assistant  to join a brand-new specialist provision within the school from  September .   This is a full-time role for the entire academic year, supporting pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder ( ASD ) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health ( SEMH)  needs. The provision has been established to provide tailored support and a nurturing learning environment, helping pupils access the curriculum and develop socially and emotionally.   The role     Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with ASD and SEMH needs.  Assist in delivering personalised learning and intervention programmes.  Support pupils with emotional regulation, behaviour and social development.  Work closely with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals.  Build positive relationships with pupils and help create a safe, inclusive environment.    The ideal candidate    Experience working with children with SEN, particularly ASD and/or SEMH.
