The role   We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to take on a 1:1 support role in Year 1, working with a non-verbal pupil who presents with challenging behaviour.This is a full-time, long-term supply position starting in September 2026 and continuing for the full academic year.The role requires a confident, resilient and compassionate individual who has experience supporting children with complex needs and is able to build strong, trusting relationships.
