This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with special educational needs.The school supports students with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and complex learning needs. We are looking for proactive, patient, and caring individuals who can provide consistent support both inside and outside of the classroom.The Role: Supporting students on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssisting the class teacher with daily classroom activitiesEncouraging student engagement and positive behaviourHelping to create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environmentWorking collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people is desirableExperience supporting individuals with SEND is beneficialA positive, resilient, and adaptable attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsMust have the Right to Work in the UK unfortunately we are not able to provide sponsorship Whether you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, graduate, support worker, or someone looking to begin a career in ..... full job details .....
