GSL Education are seeking a compassionate  SEN Teaching Assistant  to join schools in  Dudley . The  Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)  will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they are fully included in classroom activities.   Main Responsibilities:    Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.  Assist in adapting learning materials and classroom tasks.  Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.  Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning.  Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
