This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and helping them develop their confidence, independence, and learning skills.The successful SEN TA will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide tailored assistance, helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and feel confident within the classroom.Key Responsibilities of the Special Educational Needs TA: Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN.Assist with classroom activities and personalised learning tasks.Support pupils'' academic, social, and emotional development.Encourage positive behaviour, independence, and engagement.Work closely with teachers and the wider school team to meet individual needs.
