This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them develop their confidence, learning, and independence.As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.Key Responsibilities of the Special Educational Needs TA: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to pupils with SEN.Assist pupils with their learning and classroom activities.Support students with their social, emotional, and behavioural needs.Build positive and trusting relationships with pupils.Encourage pupils to participate confidently in lessons and school activities.Support teachers with classroom management and learning activities.Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
