This role is ideal for someone with a calm, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children with additional needs.Key Responsibilities: Provide individual and group support to students with SEMH needs.Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.Help students build confidence, resilience, and social skills.Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement tailored learning plans.Support students with daily routines and encourage engagement in learning. Ideal Candidate: Experience working with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, or other SEN students.Strong behaviour management and communication skills.A compassionate and adaptable approach to supporting individual learning needs.An up-to-date CV (covering the last ten years, with any gaps explained).An enhanced DBS registered to the update service, or willingness to apply for one.Must drive and have access to a vehicle.
