About the Role:As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be a vital part of the inclusion team, working closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to provide tailored support to students with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health challenges.You will: Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with identified SEN.Help create a safe and supportive learning environment where all students feel seen and valued.Assist with differentiated learning activities and provide feedback to teaching staff.Build positive, respectful relationships with students to encourage their development both academically and socially.Work in line with EHCPs and contribute to reviews as required.
