About the Role

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs, including:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Global developmental delay
• Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs

• -89100 per day (depending on experience)

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school, care or similar setting
• Demonstrate a calm, patient and resilient approach
• Use strong behaviour management strategies with a nurturing mindset
• Hold GCSE English and Maths (minimum grade C/4 or equivalent)
• Have a genuine passion for inclusive education and helping children reach their full potential
