Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with SEN in their academic and personal development.
• Create a safe, encouraging, and inclusive environment that helps pupils thrive.
• Assist with specific interventions designed to support progress and independence.
• Monitor and record student achievements, helping them reach their full potential.
• Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times to ensure student wellbeing.

What Academics Ltd is Looking For:

• A caring, patient, and adaptable individual with a passion for supporting children with SEN.
• Experience working with children is beneficial but not essential - enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
• Commitment to professional development and training opportunities.
• An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).

Role Details:

• Location: Gloucester
• Pay: -85 - -100 per day (dependent on experience)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
• Start Date: ASAP
• Term-time only
