We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive team, working with children and young people aged 3-19. Previous SEN experience is not essential. We welcome applications from people from all backgrounds who have the right attitude, a caring nature and a genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs. This is a role where care, nurture, patience and building meaningful relationships are just as important as academic learning. You will support pupils in their day-to-day lives, helping them to feel safe, valued, confident and able to achieve their potential. The roleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide dedicated care, support and encouragement to pupils aged 3-19.Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.Support pupils with their personal, social and emotional development.Assist with personal care where required.Support pupils with a range of additional and special educational needs.Help pupils access learning and participate in activities at their own level.Provide a combination of care, nurture and some academic support.Encourage independence and celebrate individual progress and achievements.Work closely with ..... full job details .....
