You will support pupils in their day-to-day lives, helping them to feel safe, valued, confident and able to achieve their potential.The roleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Provide dedicated care, support and encouragement to pupils aged 3-19.Build positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.Support pupils with their personal, social and emotional development.Assist with personal care where required.Support pupils with a range of additional and special educational needs.Help pupils access learning and participate in activities at their own level.Provide a combination of care, nurture and some academic support.Encourage independence and celebrate individual progress and achievements.Work closely with teachers ..... full job details .....
